18 Bay is now in Jamesport at 370 Manor Lane, after building a following on Shelter Island. It is one of those restaurants people remember because the meal feels personal, seasonal, and carefully made without feeling stiff.

Why people go
The restaurant is run by chefs Elizabeth Ronzetti and Adam Kopels. The dinner format centers on a four-course Italian-inspired menu, with antipasti, handmade pasta, an entree, and dessert. The menu changes with the season and draws from North Fork farms, local markets, and nearby seafood.
What to expect
Dinner is usually built around a four-course menu. That gives the night a slower rhythm: antipasti, pasta, entree, dessert. Reservations are a good idea, especially during the busier months.
Best for
- date night
- an anniversary or birthday
- a dinner with visiting friends or family
- a slower North Fork evening
- people who love handmade pasta
- anyone looking for a meal that feels tied to the place
How to work it into a North Fork day
18 Bay works especially well at the end of a Jamesport or Aquebogue day. Nearby ideas include Jamesport Farm Brewery, Jason’s Vineyard, Jamesport Vineyards, local farm stands, and a drive through the western side of the North Fork.
NoFo Times note
We ate at 18 Bay when it was still on Shelter Island, and it was one of the most memorable meals of our lives. The homemade pastas were exceptional — the kind of food you remember years later. We are looking forward to trying the new Jamesport location and are glad to see 18 Bay become part of the North Fork dining scene.
